CEO & Co-Founder

Michael So is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Tokenyze, where he architects a platform turning warehouse receipts for metals into programmable capital on blockchains. Over a decade at Tradewind Markets, Atomyze, Oasis Pro, Gemini, and Barclays Investment Bank, he spearheaded early metal tokenizations and built custody and trading infrastructure. Today he drives Tokenyze’s institutional partnerships, cross-border licensure, and strategic roadmap. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Cornell University.

Kevin Hall

Head of RWA Strategy

Kevin Hall leads Real-World Asset strategy at Tokenyze, bringing over 30 years of experience across brokerage, investment management, and digital assets. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Etana Custody and Head of Sales at Tradewind Markets. Kevin has deep expertise in commodities, hedge fund investing, risk management, and client development, and has held senior roles at R.J. O’Brien, MF Global, and Refco.

Victa Phu

Head of Engineering

Victa Phu is Head of Engineering at Tokenyze, leading the development of regulated tokenization infrastructure for real-world assets. Previously, he engineered blockchain systems Harmony Protocol, and served as Blockchain Technology Lead at Ernst & Young in Singapore. He brings over 15 years of experience bridging enterprise engineering, compliance, and Web3 innovation from Sydney.

Didier Bloch

CISO

Didier Bloch is a cybersecurity and IT leader with extensive experience securing technology infrastructures. As CISO at Tradewind Markets and Freestyle Solutions, he led security frameworks and compliance, specializing in AWS, PCI-DSS, and threat management.
